1. Operations & Admin Executive (Full-Time)

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries and business-related correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Monitor and process online orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
  
• Liaise with our warehouse, logistics partners and retail stores on daily operational matters.
  
• Assist with inventory tracking, stock reconciliation and stock replenishment.
  
• Follow up on pending orders, customer issues and operational matters until they are resolved.
  
• Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, reporting and document organisation.
  
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and other operational duties when required.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Higher Nitec qualification or equivalent 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
• Able to communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
• Organised, responsible and attentive to details.
• Able to manage assigned tasks independently and follow through on outstanding matters.
• Willing to learn, take initiative and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
• Good communication skills and a positive working attitude.
• Prior experience in retail, e-commerce or customer service is an advantage.

2. RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATES (FULL TIME)

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate (Full-time) to join our retail team. 

Location: Raffles City

JOB SCOPE:

• Attend to walk-in customers and maintain good customers relationship
• Keeping up to date and being well-versed with our products, new launches and promotions
• Provide a seamless shopping experience for customers
• Receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damages and transfers, as well as support all stocktake exercises
• Ensure proper management of store inventory
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are adhered to at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness standard by doing monthly house keeping
• Work collaboratively with HQ to provide prompt updates
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned 
  

REQUIREMENT

• Able to work fast and independently
  
• Friendly, sociable, initiative, honest, responsible and possesses good working attitude
• Mondays-Fridays: 10am - 6pm, 2pm - 10pm
• 5-day workweek, based on roster
• Must be able to work on weekends and Public Holidays when scheduled
• Rest days will be arranged according to the work roster

3. Part-Time Livestream Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible and outgoing individual to join our livestream team at The Sophia Label! If you love fashion, enjoy TikTok and are comfortable being in front of the camera, we'd love to hear from you!

Location: Bukit Batok
Salary: $14/hour 
Working Schedule: 2–3 days per week, including evenings and weekends, 
Eg working hours: 10am - 2pm / 11am - 3pm / 7pm -11pm
Availability: Nov 2026 onwards

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist our livestream host with the preparation and execution of TikTok livestream sessions.
• Handle livestream backend operations, including product pinning, promotions and monitoring and answering viewers' comments.
• Prepare and organise products before and during livestreams.
• Occasionally appear on camera to demonstrate products, interact with viewers and assist with hosting.
• Assist with livestream setup and packing up after each session.
• Support other livestream-related tasks when required.

Job Requirements:

• Comfortable speaking and appearing in front of the camera.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with TikTok and social media platforms.
• Able to commit to 2–3 shifts weekly, including selected evenings and weekends.
• Students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Prior livestreaming experience is an advantage, but not required.
